The staff was awesome, and the Mantamar Beach Club across the street was a gem. However, the construction noise was unbearable, disrupting any chance of relaxation in my ocean-view room. the offer to switch rooms at an extra cost left a bitter taste, especially for a returning guest like myself. Despite the setbacks, the Eden pool area and Mantamar Beach Club were highlights of the resort, offering a luxurious escape from the chaos. Overall, Almar Resort has the potential to be an ideal sanctuary for a restful vacation or a romantic escape, if the construction noise issue is addressed promptly.
